Shipping & returns

Last updated August 29, 2026. Forgge is not accepting orders yet. This page describes the standards being prepared for launch and will be finalized before checkout is enabled.

Shipping information

Every product page will identify eligible destinations, the shipping method, estimated dispatch time and estimated delivery window before purchase. We are validating suppliers and fulfillment routes for customers in the United States.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is available, customers will receive tracking details after an order has been dispatched.

Returns

Return eligibility, return destination, time limits and any product-specific exceptions will be displayed before checkout. Defective, damaged or incorrect items will be reviewed by customer support.
